Scope of this notice
This notice explains how information submitted through the Heart of Lending website enquiry form is handled. It is not a loan application and does not describe information that may be requested in a later lending conversation.

Sensitive information
Please do not include bank details, identity documents or other sensitive financial information in the website form. Our team can explain a suitable next step if more information is needed later.
